Staffing & key to accommodation
The facility is unmanned for most of the day, but we can always be reached by email or phone.
Your key is collected in the key box on the wall inside the door in the stairwell. Code for key box is sent out one day before arrival. The key must be returned to the same place upon check-out.

Check out
Check-out takes place no later than 11. At times when the reception is closed, you put the key in the white mailbox outside the reception.
Cleaning
Cleaning is included in the rent. If extra cleaning is desired during your stay, please contact us.
Bed linen & towels
Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
Health & Safety
The apartments have an automatic fire alarm. The houses have individual fire alarms in each residence.
Rescue: Rescue a person in acute danger. Protect yourself.
Extinguish: Put out the fire without risking your life.
Evacuate: Always evacuate in the event of an alarm and wait for information from hotel staff or the emergency services.
The collection point is in the parking lot outside the apartments.

Remember to turn off candles and appliances.
No smoking is allowed around the house or on balconies and balconies.
When grilling on the patio, be sure to turn off the grills after use.
