Code of conduct

  • Smoking in the area is prohibited.
  • Outdoor activities and barbecuing must end no later than 22:00.
  • Please be considerate of neighbors and maintain a reasonable noise level in the area.
  • Avoid walking on the grass in front of the patios, out of respect for the residents.
  • Car exit from the area is only allowed on the eastern side of the parking lot.

Pool Rules

The pool is open from June 1st to August 31st, between 09:00 and 20:00.

The pool area is an oasis where everyone should enjoy relaxation and swimming. Everyone must show respect and follow the pool rules.

  • Use the front path/parking area to access the pool, not the rear path, to respect the neighbors with patios by the lawn.
  • During peak season, if the pool area is crowded, please be especially respectful and shorten your stay if necessary to allow everyone access.
  • Shower before using the pool/sauna.
  • No glass or porcelain is allowed. Refreshments must be consumed in plastic cups.
  • Bringing and eating food is not permitted.
  • Inflatable toys and ball games are not allowed if they disturb others. This is out of consideration for those living close to the pool and others using it at the same time.
  • Playing music is not allowed. Please use headphones instead.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
  • Reserving sunbeds is not permitted.
  • Towels must be used on pool mattresses to protect them from creams, etc.
  • Swimwear is required. In the pool area and sauna, swimwear or a towel must always be worn.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00.


Smoking

Smoking indoors and throughout the premises is strictly prohibited.

If emergency services are called due to an alarm triggered by a guest, the guest will be responsible for the cost.


Barbecuing

Barbecuing with charcoal grills (where available) is not allowed on the lawn and must be done on gravel or on the wooden deck if available.


Waste

By law, waste must be sorted and recycled for environmental reasons. It’s important to sort waste according to the symbols on the bins. Not everything can be sorted in the waste stations; such waste must be taken to the Rälla recycling station.


Driving, Parking Spaces / Charging Stations

There are 8 charging stations available. Scan the QR code on charging station no. 8 and follow the instructions for charging/payment.

As soon as charging is complete, the car must be moved to the nearest available non-charging space.

Note! Only one parking space per apartment is available. If additional parking is needed, this must be arranged outside of the Brf The Oaks premises.

The speed limit within the area is 10 km/h. This applies to the entire residential area.

Entrance to the area is from Gårdsvägen at the west side (house 50).

Exit from the area is via the eastern side (house 32).
