- Smoking in the area is prohibited.
- Outdoor activities and barbecues end no later than 10 PM.
- Show consideration for neighbors and keep a normal noise level in the area.
- To get to the pool area, walk along the parking lot and between houses 34 and 48.
- Avoid walking on the grass in front of the patios, out of respect for the residents.
- Exit by car from the area is only permitted on the east side of the car park.
- Pets are kept on a leash outside the apartment.
- No resting of pets on the green area at the back.
Pool rules
- No animals are allowed in the pool area
- The pool area is for us residents and our guests
- Parents are responsible for their children in the entire pool area
- The pool is usually open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m
- All bathing is at your own risk
- Residents are responsible for opening and closing the pool cover each day when in use. If you are reasonably the last person to leave the pool, you are responsible for closing the pool cover
- Towels must be used in the sauna
Night belief
Night belief prevails at 22:00–07:00.
Smoking
Smoking indoors and throughout the facility is strictly prohibited
Should a summons take place due to that the alarm is set off by a guest, this is paid for by the guest themselves.
Barbeque
Barbeque with a charcoal grill (where available) is not permitted on the lawn, but must be done on gravel or on the wooden balcony if there is one.
